We will not, however, relay messages or act as a "mediator" for divorce/custody matters or as a harassment tool! Any abuse of this system can result in the offending person(s) being charged criminally.

If a tenant has been lawfully served with a Notice to Quit, and has not moved within the required time limits, we will issue the tenant a citation for Failure to Vacate After Notice, with a District Court appearance date. We cannot assist in removing the tenant or their belongings!
