B. J. Smith Recognized for 15 Years of EQ Board Service
The Garland County Quorum Court recognized B.J. Smith on Monday, October 8, 2018 at the regularly scheduled monthly meeting for his fifteen years of dedicated service with the Equalization Board.
"I was glad to have been chosen to serve. I was fortunate to have been working with excellent, outstanding people in the Equalization Board, Assessor's office and Arkansas CAMA Technology. I was honored to be recognized for my service."
Smith began his work with the board in 2002, and retired in 2017. During some of those fifteen years, Smith also served as chairman of the board.
