About District 5

District 5 is tucked in between the north shore of Lakes Hamilton and Catherine and US 70/27 (the MLK Bypass). It has a boot heel that extends north on Hidden Ferry to include Hot Springs’ most popular tourist attraction, Oaklawn race track. District 5 includes both city and county residents.
