The County Attorney is responsible for reviewing and directing the function of Garland County to ensure it is properly represented in all legal proceedings, and that all contracts and other official documents are accurate in form and legal content.
The County Attorney is responsible for handling numerous legal affairs of the county in an accurate and timely manner and provides legal advice as needed or requested to all County Elected Officials and/or Department Heads.
