By Mail

If you require a receipt, you must send in a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Pay in Person
You can pay in person at the Government Office Building, Garland County Tax Collector’s Office suite 110.
Drop Box
To avoid lines you may drop off your payment in the box located between the Government Office Building and the Senior Citizen Building. (NO CASH)
Credit Card
There are processing fees charged by the online company when using a debit/credit card. Garland County does not receive any portion of this fee. There is a 3 to 5 day processing time for all credit card payments made online, by phone or in person. Accounts that have a Solid Waste block will not be able to be paid with a credit card.
Note: Credit card payments will not be accepted as payment from October 16th until approximately mid-November to allow time for the processing of mail and current rollover to delinquent.

County Trash Bill
If the county trash bill is delinquent we will not be able to accept your property tax payment. County Ordinance No. 0-01-14 requires county trash bills to be current before property taxes can be paid. To contact the environmental services department, please call 501-622-3658.
