The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney is located in the Garland County Courthouse.  The main office, the Hot Check Division, and the Victim Assistance Unit are located on the first floor.  The District Court Division is located on the fourth floor.

If you have been the victim of a crime, you should report it to the appropriate law enforcement agency.  If a crime takes place within the city limits of Hot Springs, it should be reported to the Hot Springs Police Department at (501) 321-6789.  If the crime occurs outside of the city limits, it should be reported to the Garland County Sheriff’s Department at (501) 622-3660.
