IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF GARLAND COUNTY, ARKANSAS

IN THE MATTER OF THE STANDING ORDER APPLICABLE TO ALL DOMESTIC RELATIONS ACTIONS

STANDING ORDER

All parties to domestic relations actions (divorce cases) in the Garland County Circuit Courts of Arkansas are subject to this Order from the date of filing of the suit or service of summons, violation of which is punishable by contempt:

1. Any minor children of the parties are not to be removed from the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. No alcohol or illegal drugs are to be consumed by either party in the presence of the parties’ minor children.

3. Neither party shall have any overnight guests, with whom they are romantically involved or have a sexual relationship, while the children are present in the home.

4. The parties will not threaten, injure, molest or harass the other party or any of the children of the parties.

5. Neither party will spend or dispose of any monetary assets (money) except for normal living expenses and/or normal business activities.

6. There will be no cash withdrawals from any account in excess of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day without the consent of this Court or agreement of the parties.

7. No debts, credit card or otherwise, shall be incurred by either party without the consent of this Court or agreement of the parties.

8. No assets shall be removed from this county or the jurisdiction of this Court.

9. No property, real or personal, will be sold, mortgaged, encumbered or disposed of without permission of this Court.

This Order shall be binding upon the parties to any divorce action filed in all divisions of the Garland County Chancery Court, and upon their agents, servants, employees and all other persons actin in concert with the parties.
